How rankings work Every applicant is auto-scored on a 100-point scale from what they provide on the MGE application — DKP %, equipment, crits, armaments, VIP, skill levels, gold heads, commander usage, crystal tech, availability, power tier, expertise plan, and Discord access. The top scorers earn the first 15 ranks. Leadership may adjust placements based on context the form can't capture.
